Staying with Grandma

I've been sort of quiet lately, and I need to explain to you why. It's obviously not my fault, of course!

Usually I blame things like this on Mom's laziness. This time, however, it's because Mom had this happen...

She had surgery on her hand a week ago, and she was a complete crazy woman the week before that. I couldn't figure out why, but then she got out our suitcases. Right after her surgery at the hospital, Grandma took us both back to Grandma's house!

We stayed at Grandma's house for over a week. That was cool because I got LOTS of time to hang out leash-free in Grandma's fenced yard. I LOVE hanging out in the sun puddles out there! There's so, so much stuff to sniff out there, too.

Anyway, we got back home to our house a day or two ago. Mom's doing better now, but she still can't use her hand for much. (She gets very annoyed with having to type one-handed, too!)

When we got to our house, this is what I did for nine straight hours:

And yesterday I did more of the same.

I love Grandma's house, but there's really NO place like home!

  3. Oh, sorry your mom had surgery and is currently a one-handed typist. Jan says that isn't any fun. So we hope your mom's hand heals quickly and completely. Lots of pawpurs for her.

We just discovered you have word verification on and we can't find an email address so we will TRY to crack the code to post this and ask if you would please consider turning it off. It was changed Thurs and it is nearly impossible to read now. We blogged on it Saturday and in case you don't know where to find it, yesterday we put directions in a post for how to find it and turn it off,

  5. Dear Button, sorry to hear bout the surgery :(

also I'm so Sorry for not dropping in awhile :) I've been busy working (helping mom) thus kind of forgot to update my blog.

I might not be able to post as often as before so please head over to my newest post and leave a comment so I could add you on mom's new site. With this we could still keep in contact and it'll easier for me to drop by often to your page :)

    Love,

  6. Thank you, Buttons, for turning off the word verification. A whole lot of visitors will be grateful. A lot of blogs don't realize it is on because the blog owner does not see it.
