weekend Mom and I are going to the Mutt Strut! Neither of us have ever gone, but Mom says it sounds like fun. Let's hope it is! The Mutt Strut is a fundraiser for our local humane society. Mom says that there will be lots of doggies there and that we'll all take a walk together and then play games and stuff. I sure hope I don't get sniffed too much. If so, Mom's going to totally owe me a new toy.But I suppose getting over-sniffed isn't too bad if it's for a good cause, right? Mom says that all of the money raised during the Mutt Strut will go to help the animals in the shelter. And I would have been in a shelter two years ago myself if a rescue group hadn't taken me in off the street. So we've got to help those shelters and shelter animals. They all need good forever homes like me!
